About Me:

I  graduated from The Pennsylvania State University on May 15, 2010 with a double major in Film and Video and Audio Production, and with a minor in Music Technology, all with the focus on Post-Production.  I have edited a number of short films, both inside and outside of the classroom.  I have also worked as a technical director on a variety of shows and athletic events.

As a Technical Director, I have punched a number of television shows, including two live news shows - PSN News and the Centre County Report. The Centre County Report is a 400-level class that airs on WPSU, Penn State’s Public Broadcasting Station.  I have also technical directed the video boards at the Bryce Jordan Center for Men’s and Women’s Basketball games, and the video boards at Beaver Stadium for Penn State Football.  In addition, I have technical directed live web-streams of athletic events for The Big Ten Network and goPSUsports.com, both of which work in conjunction with Penn State Athletics.

I was the President of Penn State Network TV(PSNtv), the student run television network, for the 2009-2010 school year.  I have worked on a number of different shows including: PSN News, After Hours, and ReelTV.  PSN News is a live newscast where I was the Technical Director for a year and a half. PSN News is modeled after the local evening news.  After Hours is PSNtv’s late night talk show, which I directed and edited for three years.  In addition, I am a co-creator of the student film show, ReelTV. For two years, I produced and directed ReelTV.

I am looking for employment in the fields of work in both television and film production and post-production.   I enjoy working for live events because anything can happen, and you must always be prepared for these spontaneous circumstances.  Working in post-production gives me an opportunity to take a series of shots and scenes, and put it together in a story that the audience can enjoy.
