I worked with Penn State Athletics’ video production department editing highlights from Penn State games. I was also in charge of editing promos for the Penn State Baseball team. In addition to editing highlights, I was a Technical Director for live events, including web streams for goPSUsports.com and Bigtennetwork.com.
Highlights and promos that I had edited have been aired on the Penn State Video boards in the Bryce Jordan Center and Beaver Stadium. They have also been posted on goPSUsports.com, Penn State Athletics official website and www.youtube.com/gopsutv Penn State Athletics official youtube page.
The Big Ten Network sent Penn State a field production kit for live web streaming, including three HD cameras and a Sony Anycast switcher. The Big Ten Network’s goal was to air over 200 live sports events online from all 11 Big Ten Schools. The events that were aired online were events that normally do not get aired on television. Selected events would re-air the next day on The Big Ten Network’s liner channel, on a showcase called StudentU. I was the technical director for these events, which included Women's Basketball, Men's and Women's Volleyball, Wrestling, and Women's Lacrosse.
